Chewy has been a lifesaver! I set up AutoShip for my senior dog’s prescription food, and it arrives right on time every month. Plus, I save a bit with each delivery. Their 24/7 customer service is incredible—I once had an issue with an order, and it was resolved in minutes
I love shopping at Chewy, especially for my cat’s favorite toys. The discounts on AutoShip are great, but I wish they had more coupons for non-AutoShip items. Still, super fast shipping and great customer support!
Chewy’s selection is awesome, but my last order arrived with a damaged bag of kibble. I called customer service, and while they refunded me quickly, I was hoping for a replacement instead. Overall, still a reliable store.
